Early Bird Pricing (Until August 31, 2025 or sold out)
$475 per 10' x 10' booth
$425 per 10' x 10' for purchases of 3 or more booths

Regular Pricing (September 1 – November 15, 2025, or sold out)
$525 per 10' x 10' booth
$475 per 10' x 10' for purchases of 3 or more booths

❌ Cancellation Policy
Cancellations before November 1, 2025, will receive a 50% refund (minus payment processing fees).
Cancellations after November 1, 2025, will receive a 25% refund (minus payment processing fees).

🧾 Booth Inclusions and Requirements
Included with booth fee: pipe and drape divisions.
Not included (vendor must bring or rent): chairs, tables, tablecloths, booth carpeting, specialty walls or panels, hanging signs (Bee Expo will handle printing), booth furniture such as lounge chairs or sofas, refrigerated or dry storage before or after the expo, or unannounced inbound shipments before or after the expo.
We have partnered with a new decorator, AG Exhibitions, for booth rentals and services.

πŸ”Œ Electricity and Internet
The Kentucky Exposition Center offers 120V electrical hookups (available for an additional fee), wired internet, Wi-Fi, and phone line installation. Service order forms were included in the email along with your legal contract.

🚚 Booth Access and Storage
The 150,000 sq ft trade show hall is easily accessible for cars, trailers, box trucks, and semis with dock access. Forklift use is available for vendors who have purchased storage.
New for 2026: Any storage space beyond your purchased booth space will incur an additional charge. Space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Details are available on the order form.

πŸ‘₯ Staffing Policy
10' x 10' booth: up to 2 staff
10' x 20' booth: up to 4 staff
Booths larger than 10' x 20': 1 additional staff member per additional 10' x 10' section
Example: A 10' x 40' booth may have up to 6 staff members
If additional staff are needed beyond your allocation, each person must purchase a full-price attendee ticket through nahbexpo.com. On-site tickets will be $240 per person. All vendor staff must wear Bee Expo lanyards provided at check-in, which include the staff member’s name and company information. Sharing lanyards or passes is not permitted.

πŸ§’ Age Restrictions
Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to work a booth.
Children under 10 are not permitted as vendor staff or otherwise due to liability.

🏨 Hotel and Travel Information
Vendors can book discounted hotel rooms through the Bee Expo website at www.nahbexpo.com/hotels-travel.
Our headquarters hotel is the Crowne Plaza Louisville Airport, which will also host the official Vendor Kick-Off Event. We recommend booking early to secure discounted rates and convenient access to the Expo venue.
